I'm new to reptile keeping and like a nervous dad I want to be able to see what's going on when I'm not there. My fire skink is having a hard time adjusting to his new enclosure so I want to give him his space too.

Has anyone come up with a great solution to this? Any awesome setups you want to share?

I've currently got an IP camera (Dlink DCS-936L) on a tripod pointed at the enclosure. It picks up sound and movement, record locally, and can be used in the dark. I just can't seem to catch this shy guy...

Curious to know if anyone has any multiple camera setups or inside enclosure setups? Thanks! Zuko_NEW_NEW_home.jpg

The only thing I've ever used was at egg-laying time I had setup a webcam that I could access from work. Just to pinpoint eggs in the substrate easier.
